This is Ibu Sohriah. She is a housewife from Simpang Tiga Semblangaan Village. We had the opportunity to listen to her experience during the land and forest fire last year.

GAR has a sustainable solution that will address the land and forest fire situation. GAR’s Desa Siaga Api (Fire-alert Village) programme trains and equips villagers to prevent and rapidly suppress fires should they occur.
