
Ingredients
- 1500 g Chicken cuts (1 chicken, cut into 9 pieces)
- 500 g FILMA Goodfry Semi Liquid Deep Frying Fat
Fine Seasoning
- 5 g Ginger (1 cm)
Coating
- 2.85 g Salt (1/2 tsp)
- 200 g Mid-Protein flour
- 10 g Maizena
- 20 g Powdered milk
- Iced water
How to Make:
- coat chicken cuts with lemon juice, set aside.
- rub chicken with grated ginger, set aside. Put chicken cuts in iced water, roll in the flour mixture (coating) until they are perfectly coated. Heat sufficient amount of FILMA Goodfry Semi Liquid Deep Frying Fat until it reaches a temperature of 170°C. Deep fry for 12 minutes. Serve hot.
