
Ingredients A:
- 200 gr FILMA Margarine
- 20 gr Refined sugar
- 20 gr Palm Sugar
- 2 egg yolk
- 420 gr All Purpose Flour
- 20 gr Milk Powder
Ingredients B:
- 300 gr Granulated sugar
- 4 Lemon Juice
- 4 Lemon Peel
- 300 gr Whole Eggs
- 200 gr Fresh Cream
Ingredients C:
- 500 gr Whipped Cream
- 75 gr Refined sugar
- 4 lbr Gelatine
Decoration:
- 120gr Chocolate
How to make :
- For ingredient A, stir margarine with sugar until blended then add the egg and all dry ingredients, stir until blended.
- Put the dough into a 6cm diameter pie pan.
- For ingredient B, mix all the ingredients together, stir until well blended.
- Put ingredients B into the existing dough A pan, then put it in the oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove and chill.
- For ingredients C, soak the gelatin until it’s really soft then melt it, put it in the whipped cream using the fishing rod method, and finally add the flour sugar.
- Decorate the chilled pie with ingredients C and chocolate.
- Ready and served.
