Cheese Black Glutinuous Rice Sponge Roll Cake

Ingredients A:

  • 10 pc Egg Yolk = 200 gr
  • 2 pc Egg White = 60 gr
  • 120 gr Granulated Sugar + 10  gr Cake Emulsifier

Ingredients B:

  •  10 gr All Purpose Flour
  •  20 gr Cornstarch Flour + 30 gr Black Glutinous Rice Flour
  •  20 gr Powdered Milk + 10 gr Powdered Charcoal

Ingredients C:

  • 80 gr Palmvita Margarine  melted
  • 50  gr  Palmvita BOS melted

Ingredients D:

  • 50 gr grated Cheddar Cheese for topping

Directions:

  • Whisk ingredients A until thicken and expanded, then add ingredients B and stir well.
  • Add ingredients C, stir until completely mixed.
  • Prepare 1 pc 30 x 30 x 3 cm square pan that has been greased with margarine and lined with parchment paper. Then sprinkle the base of the pan with grated cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the batter and spread evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 1800C for 20-25 minutes.
  • After the cake is done and spread with cheese buttercream and coconut cheese filling, roll neatly.

COCONUT CHEESE FILLING

Ingredients A:

  • 50 gr Grated Coconut + 30 gr Powdered Milk + 100 gr Water + 10 gr Cornstarch
  • 30 gr Granulated Sugar + 50 gr Sweet Condensed Milk

Ingredients B:

  • 75 gr Spready Cheese

Directions:

  • Stir all ingredients A, cook in a pot until completely mixed.
  • Add ingredients B and stir until completely mixed.
