Ingredients A

• 200 gr FILMA^® Margarine
• 50 gr FILMA^® BOS
• 200 gr Granulated sugar + 2 pc  Egg yolk

Ingredients B

• 75 gr Cheddar, shredded
• 50 gr Powdered milk
• 80 gr Cornstarch + 2 gr Baking powder
• 300 gr All purpose flour

Ingredients C

• 2 gr Mocha paste

Direction

• Beat ingredients A until fully combined.
• Add ingredients B then stir to combine.
• Take 500 gr of dough, add mocha paste.
• Shape the dough to taste, decorate the mocha dough with topping.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
