Nutella Brioche Bun

Ingredients

  • 250 Gram Bread Flour/High Protein Flour
  • 45 Gram Sugar
  • 3 Gram Salt
  • 3 Gram Bread Improver
  • 5 Gram Instant Yeast
  • 60 Gram Egg Yolk
  • 125 Gram Fresh Milk
  • 60 Gram PALMBOOM Cake Margarine
  • 150 Gram Nutella

Topping

  • 60 Gram PALMBOOM Cake Margarine
  • 25 Gram Granulated Sugar
  • 50 Gram All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Gram Salt
  • 5 Gram FILMA Cooking Oil

Directions

  1. Prepare all measured ingredients. Combine in a mixing bowl except PALMBOOM Cake Margarine
  2. Knead bread dough until completely combined. Add PALMBOOM Cake Margarine and continue kneading until smooth and elastic
  3. Rest the dough for 5 minutes, then weigh out the dough to taste and roll into a ball (example: 60 Gram dough and15 Gram filling)
  4. Proof the dough for 60 – 90 minutes, then brush the surface with milk
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes
