
Ingredients A:
- 250 gr All Purpose Flour
- 35 gr Granulated Sugar
- 4 gr Instant Yeast
- 1 gr Bread Improver
- 4 gr Salt
Ingredients B:
- 1 Whole Egg (50 – 55 gr)
- 125 gr Milk
Ingredient C:
- 40 gr PALMBOOM ® Cake Margarine
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients A, then add ingredients B and mix until well combined. Add ingredient C and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Once the dough is smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the freezer for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough, brush with cinnamon butter, roll it up again, and cut it into 2 cm thick slices. Place the slices in laminated cups and let it rise for 60 – 90 minutes. Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, brush the top with cream cheese frosting.
Cinnamon Butter Spread
- 100 gr Palm Sugar
- 50 gr Granulated Sugar
- 50 gr FILMA ® BCF
- 50 gr PALMBOOM ® Cake Margarine
- 15 gr Cinnamon Powder
- 2 gr Nutmeg Powder
Whip FILMA® BCF, PALMBOOM ® Cake Margarine, palm sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, then add cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder, mix well.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 100 gr Cream Cheese
- 130 gr Powdered Sugar
- 30 gr FILMA ® BCF
- 35 gr PALMBOOM ® Cake Margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
Whip all ingredients until fluffy and smooth. Top the cooked cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.
