
Pizza Dough :
- 500 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 3 gr Instant Yeast
- 4 gr Salt
- 265 gr Water
- 30 gr FILMA® Prestige (Butter Blend Margarine)
Filling :
- 400 gr Mozzarella Cheese
- 250 gr Cream Cheese Filling
- 250 gr Ready-to-use Bolognese Sauce
- 150 gr Minced Meat
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100 gr Chicken/Beef Sausage, sliced
- 100 gr Smoked Beef, sliced
- Italian Herbs (to taste)
- Olive Oil (to taste)
Instructions :
1. Pizza Dough :
Mix all ingredients until well combined, and the dough is lumpy without needing to be smooth. Roll and fold the dough until smooth.
Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes. Roll it out to 1.5 mm thickness and cut into ∅ 22 cm rounds. Bake the rounds on a pan for 1 minute, flipping occasionally.
2. Arrange the pizza dough on a tray and add toppings of your choice on one half of the dough. Fold and cover the pizza, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle mixed herbs on top.
3. Bake again in a preheated oven at 220°C for 7–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust starts to brown.
