Smoke Beef & Cheese Japanese Korokke

Ingredients A :

  • 750 g Potatoes (boiled)
  • 100 g Smoked Beef
  • 30 g Carrots
  • 30 g Sweet Corn (kernels)
  • 50 g Onion
  • 3 pcs Garlic (roughly chopped)
  • 30 g PALMVITA® Margarine
  • 50 g Cheddar Cheese (cubed)
  • 2 g Salt
  • 5 g Knorr seasoning
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 25 g Milk Powder

Ingredients B :

  • 80 g Flour
  • 270 g Cold Water
  • 500 g Panko Breadcrumbs

Ingredients C :

  • 1 Kg PALMVITA® Deep Frying Fat

Instructions :

  1. Boil the potatoes until they are easy to mash.
  2. Melt PALMVITA® Margarine, then sauté Onion, Garlic, Smoked Beef, Carrots, and Sweet Corn until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Let both ingredients cool, then mix with Cheddar Cheese, Salt, Knorr seasoning, Pepper, and Milk Powder until well combined and shape into oval squares.
  4. Mix water and flour, then add the potato mixture and coat evenly with Panko Breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat PALMVITA® Deep Frying Fat, then fry the potato mixture until golden brown and cooked, drain.
  6. Smoked Beef & Cheese Japanese Korokke is ready to be served.
