This year at OPEXCON 2024, Indonesia’s leading competition for innovation and improvement projects, our Downstream Indonesia teams proved just that – walking away with one Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze awards.
That’s a huge step up from last year’s single Silver win, and a testament to how we keep challenging ourselves to be better. From refining processes to solving complex operational challenges, our teams showed what’s possible when you think smarter and work together.
What is OPEXCON?
OPEXCON, organised by SHIFT Indonesia, is where Indonesia’s best minds in manufacturing, services, and mining & energy come together to showcase real-world solutions to industry challenges. Participants are judged on their ability to analyse problems, develop effective solutions, and demonstrate measurable impact.
