
Ingredients :
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 thumb-sized piece of Ginger, grated and juiced
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 packet Agar-Agar Powder
- 250 g Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 50 g PALMVITA® White Fat
Instructions :
- Prepare oval-shaped molds. Wash and lightly rinse the inside with boiled water. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, mix cornstarch, milk, ginger juice, egg yolks, and agar-agar. Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into the molds. Let it cool and set. Once firm, unmold and place the cakes on a wire rack.
- Melt the dark chocolate together with margarine using a double boiler. Dip the cakes into the melted chocolate. Let them harden.
- Decorate the tops with chocolate leaves or chocolate decorations. Chill and serve.
