
Ingredients A:
- 200 g Palmboom® Cake Margarine
- 150 g Granulated Sugar
Ingredients B:
- 2 g Baking Soda
- 40 g Cornstarch
- 15 g Cocoa Powder
- 180 g Medium-Protein Flour
Ingredients C:
- 150 g Sliced Almonds, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
- Beat ingredients A until well combined (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add ingredients B and mix until evenly blended.
- Add ingredients C and mix well.
- Weigh the dough into 10 g portions, roll into balls, then slightly flatten. Place on a baking tray greased with white shortening or lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a 130°C oven for 35–40 minutes.
