Chocolate Almond Vegan Cookies

Ingredients A:

  • 200 g Palmboom® Cake Margarine
  • 150 g Granulated Sugar

Ingredients B:

  • 2 g Baking Soda
  • 40 g Cornstarch
  • 15 g Cocoa Powder
  • 180 g Medium-Protein Flour

Ingredients C:

  • 150 g Sliced Almonds, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Beat ingredients A until well combined (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Add ingredients B and mix until evenly blended.
  3. Add ingredients C and mix well.
  4. Weigh the dough into 10 g portions, roll into balls, then slightly flatten. Place on a baking tray greased with white shortening or lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in a 130°C oven for 35–40 minutes.
