
Ingredients A:
- 150 g FILMA® Prestige (Butter Blend Margarine)
- 50 gr Palm Sugar
- 50 gr Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
Ingredients B:
- 210 g Medium-Protein Flour
- 8 g Instant Coffee + 2 tsp Water
- 3 g Baking Soda
- 3 g Baking Powder
- 20 g Milk Powder
Ingredients C:
- 100 g Toasted Sliced Almonds, coarsely chopped
- 100 g Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Beat ingredients A until well combined.
- Add ingredients B and mix until smooth.
- Add ingredients C and mix thoroughly.
- Weigh the dough into 30 or 40 g portions and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment or baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 14–15 minutes.
