
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients A :
- 10 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- 180 g Granulated Sugar
- 15 g Cake Emulsifier
- ¼ tsp Salt
Ingredients B :
- 100 g Medium-Protein Flour
- 25 g Milk Powder
Ingredients C :
- 150 g FILMA® Prestige (Butter Blend Margarine), melted
- 50 g FILMA® Cooking Oil
- 50 gr Cocoa Powder
How to Make :
- Beat Ingredients A until thick and fluffy.
- Add Ingredients B and mix until well combined.
- Add Ingredients C and fold until fully incorporated.
- Prepare 3 round cake pans (18 cm in diameter), greased with white margarine and lined with baking paper. Pour the batter evenly and smooth the surface.
- Bake at 170°C for 35–40 minutes.
- Once the chocolate cakes are baked and cooled, slice each cake into two layers.
Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients :
- 500 g Dark Chocolate Block, cut into small cubes
- 250 g Dairy Whipping Cream
How to Make :
Heat both ingredients in a non-stick saucepan over low heat until fully melted and smooth.
Assembly :
- Spread Chocolate Ganache over the first layer of chocolate cake.
- Stack the 2nd cake layer and spread with Chocolate Ganache.
- Then stack the 3rd chocolate cake and spread with Chocolate Ganache.
- Then stack the 4th chocolate cake and spread with Chocolate Ganache.
- Then stack the 5th chocolate cake and spread with Chocolate Ganache.
- Place the 6th cake layer on top and coat the entire cake with Chocolate Ganache, and decorate with a pattern.
