Crispy Chocolate Almond Pie

Crispy Pie Base

Ingredients A :

  • 150 g Palmboom® Cake Margarine
  • 90 g Powdered Sugar

Ingredient B :

  • 2 Eggs

Ingredients C :

  • 350 g Medium-Protein Flour
  • 50 g Milk Powder

Pie Filling

  • 500 g Dark Chocolate block, melted
  • 100 g Sliced Almonds, lightly roasted

How to Make Crispy Pie :

  • Beat Ingredients A until well combined (about 1–2 minutes).
  • Add Ingredients B and mix until evenly incorporated.
  • Add Ingredients C and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Lightly grease 5 cm pie molds with white margarine. Weigh about 10 g of dough for each mold, press evenly into the mold, and prick the base with a fork.
  • Bake at 150°C for 25–30 minutes (adjust according to your oven).
  • Once the pie crusts are baked and cooled, fill them with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with roasted almond slices.
